We originally bought our TV from MDG quite some time ago and in that time we had it replaced twice by the manufacturer. After spending countless amounts of time on the phone and trying to deal with a TV that had not lasted even 1 full year(all of them combined), we thought we had hit a dead end and had to be angry at MDG for not trying to work with us.
After today, it was nice to have a conversation that did not end in a bad way finally. Thanks to Aubry(sorry if I mispelled it), he came through and made us think twice about the way we did about MDG. I can actually say that it was great the way they came through and fixed our problem.
I would recommend dealing with MDG in the future, they came through and save the day.
